User gets this page when the URL in the address line forwards to the stopped environment.

Following are the ways an environment is stopped:

  • manually stopped by a user via the dashboard
  • automatically stopped due to an account deactivation
  • automatically stopped because the account is suspended

Recommendations:

  • Activate your environment

Log in to the Jelastic dashboard and click the Start button in the Status column next to your environment. 502 env stopped environment stopped

  • Activate your account

If you are unable to perform any actions within your environment via the dashboard, most likely your account has been deactivated. The reasons and solutions for this, depend on your account type:

  • Trial A trial account can be deactivated, because the trial period has expired.

Please upgrade your account and it will be activated with all existing environments.

  • Billing A billing account can be deactivated if your account has run out of money.

Please refill your balance and your account will be reactivated with all existing environments.

After the account activation, click the Open in browser button, next to your environment.

  • Contact your Hoster’s Support

If you can’t access the dashboard, most likely your account is suspended. This can happen if you break any part of the agreement with your Service Provider.

To reactivate your account, you need to contact your Hoster’s Support. The contact information can be found at the site of your Service Provider.
